Because each piece of jewelry is custom-made to honor your beloved companion, we generally cannot accept returns or exchanges for change-of-mind. However, your peace of mind is our priority:

• Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your keepsake arrives damaged or there is an error in the customization on our part, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo. We will send a replacement immediately at no extra cost to you.

• Cancellations: As we begin the crafting process quickly, cancellations must be requested within 12 hours of placing your order.
